Are the items you sell consecrated?
Some items are consecrated, while for others this is clearly stated in the product description. For additional confirmation you can send us an inquiry before purchasing.
Do you ship abroad?

I ordered a product by mistake. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been handed over to the courier service. Please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number.
How do I know my order was successfully placed?
After successfully submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation on screen and at the email address you provided.
The item I received is not correct or is defective!
If the item is not correct, please contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number. Before sending the package back, check whether it is physical damage caused by inadequate transport or another defect. All items sold through our online store are new, in original packaging. Such items can be exchanged, or we can issue a refund in accordance with our terms of purchase.
I changed my email. What should I do?

What should I do if the goods I receive are damaged?
Photograph the package and the damaged product immediately upon receipt, keep the packaging, and send us the photos along with your order number.
